Just 20 advertising opportunities available

We're keeping this exclusive to a maximum of 20 exhibitors.

The screen will operate throughout Friday's exhibition, with advertisements playing on a continuous rotation.

Your business will appear at least once every 20 minutes throughout the event.

That means repeated exposure to exhibitors, visitors and business professionals as they move around the venue, visit the catering area and make new connections.

What does your £95 include?

• A place in the exclusive 20-advertiser screen rotation.

• Approximately 60 seconds of screen time per appearance.

• The option to display either a still image or a video.

• Repeated appearances throughout the exhibition.

• A prominent advertising position overlooking the main exhibition and networking areas.

Supplying your advertisement

You can provide either a professionally designed still image or a video of approximately 60 seconds.

Please note:

• The screen operates without sound. Videos must include subtitles where appropriate so your message can be understood without audio.

• All artwork and videos must be supplied ready for display. Design, editing and video production are not included.

• We'll confirm the technical specifications and accepted file formats after booking.

• Final artwork must be received no later than 3pm on Wednesday 21 October 2026.
