Whether you're showcasing your products, highlighting your services or simply looking to attract more attention, a large screen can make a real difference.

All equipment will be provided at the exhibition venue, ready for your event.

Important technical information

Each television is a Smart TV capable of connecting to the internet, subject to the availability and suitability of the venue's internet connection.

Our team will be available to assist with connecting your laptop using the HDMI cable supplied.

Please note: Your laptop or other device must have a compatible HDMI connection. If your device requires an adaptor to connect to HDMI, you are responsible for providing the appropriate adaptor.

Laptops and other source devices are not included.

The television supplied may differ in appearance, brand or model from the product photograph but will have a screen size of at least 40 inches.

Hire conditions – Please read

This product is for equipment hire only. The television and all accompanying equipment remain the property of Shout Network Limited

The hire fee covers use of the equipment for one selected exhibition event.

All equipment, including the television, stand, remote control and cables, must be returned or made available for collection by the Shout team at the end of the event.

Equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

If equipment is lost, damaged or not returned, additional charges may apply. These may include reasonable repair costs or the cost of an equivalent replacement where repair is not possible or equipment is missing.

Please take care of the equipment throughout the event and notify the Shout team immediately if you experience any problems.

Hire price: £95.00 + VAT per event.
